L.A. County Care providers gathered at the Board of Supervisors to make their voices heard by sharing stories, announcing the official start of negotiations to demand a stronger contract that supports Quality Wages for Quality Home Care. L.A. County care providers including Maria Torres and Rosa Andresen, shared personal stories about challenges they face working on a low wage and called on the County Board to invest in care to make care jobs better jobs.
